Today we're announcing that Adaptive ML is joining Datadog, the leading AI-powered observability and security platform. As part of Datadog’s growing AI research lab, our team will focus on building frontier AI infrastructure for cloud observability and security.

Back in 2023, we were a team of LightOn and Hugging Face alumni, and we founded Adaptive around one conviction: every organization should be able to perpetually improve its own AI, not merely rent static intelligence from a frontier lab.

That conviction became Adaptive Engine, which made continuous, reinforcement-learning-driven optimization practical for enterprises moving past prototypes and into production. This past year alone, it processed trillions of tokens across deployments inside some of the world's largest organizations.

The algorithm was never the missing piece, the hard part is production scale. Datadog operates at a reach few platforms can match, generating a continuous stream of real-world signals.

Building on that foundation, we can give intelligent agents what they need to drive reliable, consistent productivity gains, and accelerate toward continuous intelligence. We're very excited about the journey ahead with the Datadog team.
